We offers extensive, modern, client project offices to suit our client's requirements, we cater for anything from a 2-man single office up to complete project teams with over 300 available desks. All offices have IT services throughout and can be configured to suit, with both open plan office space and individual offices and meeting rooms available. We also have parking spaces for 1130+ cars.
With on-site accommodation to suit project requirements, we are able to offer 4 blocks of accommodation facilities - 44 twin rooms and 8 larger management rooms with double beds, all featuring en suite facilities. Meals and laundry services are included in the room rate and there is a large canteen and kitchen facility within the communal area, along with gym facilities and locker rooms. There is also a large television room with Freeview and internet access is available throughout.
The camp is situated in a separate secure area, accessed by swipe card turnstile, to the North of the site. There is security presence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, both on site and within the perimeter with CCTV coverage of the whole area.
The nearest town, Tain, is located just 11 miles away with easy access by taxi. Local villages of Nigg, Fearn, Balintore and Hilton are within 5 miles driving distance.
Fabrication shops 1, 2 & 3 are primarily for general steel prefabrication with a total of 5,400m2.
