All boundaries are fenced to ensure safe and secure working conditions for all employees, clients and sub-contractors. An automated access control system is also utilised at the site, with all employees and visitors requiring a valid access pass to entre the site.
The Security Level is maintained in accordance with the ISPS code requirements and the threat level as advised by the Government's Department of Transport. ISPS code compliance and reporting requirements are mandatory for all vessels entering the Port of Nigg and the Cromarty Firth.
